Holidays by MPS Tours is the holiday arm of MPS Tours LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it, including how we use text messages and email.
01

We collect personal information that you give us directly, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Departure city, travel dates and group size
- Travel preferences and any accessibility or dietary needs you tell us about

02

- Book flights, hotels, transfers and experiences on your behalf
- Send booking confirmations, travel documents, trip updates and reminders
- Let your trip advisor stay in touch before and during your trip

04
Your consent
By using this website and giving us your details, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy.
Every form that collects personal data — quote requests and enquiries — states how the information will be used and links to this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
05
Data security
We protect your data with secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and access restrictions. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your personal data and review those measures regularly.
06
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to run our business, including email and CRM platforms, SMS gateways, payment processors and website hosting. These providers may process your data on our behalf. They are contractually required to safeguard it, and may only use it to deliver the service we have asked them to provide.
07
Sharing with travel suppliers
To book your trip we have to pass certain details to the suppliers who deliver it: airlines, hotels, ferry and rail operators, transfer companies and local tour operators. We share only what a supplier needs for your booking — typically names, dates and contact details.
Because our packages are international, some of these suppliers are outside the United States, so your details may be transferred abroad where your itinerary requires it. We never share your data for anyone else’s marketing.
08
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
Email info@holidaysbympstours.com and we will respond within 30 days.
09
Internal data protection
Only authorised personnel can access customer data, and that access is controlled and monitored. We keep booking records for as long as we need them to service your trip and to meet legal, tax and insurance requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and any material change will be reflected here before it takes effect.
